I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over a decade of experience who works with individuals and couples from a cognitive behavioral framework using a variety modalities to partner with clients to reach their wellness goals. I am trained in EMDR and experienced in working with clients recovering from mood disorders, anxiety, borderline personality disorder and trauma. I additionally have experience working with clients recovering from substance use disorders. Since I started practicing in 2011 my counseling services have helped people get through stressful challenges by questioning thoughts and understanding the sources of relational, behavioral and emotional patterns.
